The tool creates this year’s birth month and day, moving to next year if it has passed. Today gives 0. February 29 uses the last valid day of February in non-leap years.

Why does a birthday today show 0?
A countdown is the complete natural-day gap to the target. When the target is today, that gap is 0.
How is February 29 handled?
In non-leap years we use February’s last valid date. Local law or personal custom may instead use March 1.
Will the site remind me?
No. It has no account and does not save the birth date, so it cannot send reminders.
